About Us

Chris Bohr is a lifelong resident of the Tampa Bay area, a Licensed Mortgage Broker, a member of the Board of Directors for the Palm Harbor Chamber of Commerce, Chairperson of the Palm Harbor Chamber Annual Golf Tournament, Ambassador Committee member, Former Honorary Mayor of Palm Harbor, President of the Palm Harbor Chapter of Business Networking International (BNI), a Philanthropist and a proud graduate of the University of Central Florida. He currently holds the role of President of ChrisMis Enterprises, Inc.

Chris' belief is simple, follow the Golden Rule and maintain a great Attitude, do the right thing and remember not to criticize a situation, instead find out the details in confidentiality and then take the role of advisor and friend.

Chris' approach to the Mortgage Business is a simple philosophy, "Raise Your Expectations, Lower Your Rates!"

Michelle "Missy" Bohr has been a resident of the Tampa Bay area since 1993. She is a Licensed Mortgage Broker, Certified Loan Processor, Co-chair to the Ambassador Committee for the Palm Harbor Chamber of Commerce, a Board Member of Trinity Presbyterian Pre-School in Clearwater, and a proud graduate of Fredonia State University of New York. She has studied abroad and currently holds the role of Executive Vice President of ChrisMis Enterprises, Inc.

Missy's beliefs are to treat people well, make them feel wanted and welcome, and always remember that people don't care how much you know until they know how much you care.
